Updated Lights Bring New Life to Florida Home

This stunning Florida home had 87 existing fixtures on the property, but the final result wasn’t what the homeowner was looking for – enter Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Sarasota. Bringing more creativity and precision to the lighting design and fixture placement, Brent Franz of OLP was able to repurpose the existing fixtures and added 101 more to achieve the desired effect.

“With nearly 4 acres to light, I chose to feature different parts of the property instead of lighting everything,” says Franz. “By choosing key focal areas, it added visual interest while also keeping the project budget in mind.”

The property includes lush landscaping, tall palm trees, and numerous walkways. Outdoor Lighting Perspectives illuminated the traveled pathways for safe, sure-footing and highlighted many of the tall palms by request of the owner. Adjustments were made after the initial installation to provide the right pops of color, bold design, and an overall system the homeowners are thrilled with.
