Here are photos from our lighting project at Tranquility Farm and Otium Winery, captured during the testimonial video shared last week. We utilized a layered lighting design to elegantly illuminate both the historic and newly constructed elements of the property, enhancing the venue's natural beauty and character. The end result was a warm, inviting, and visually stunning atmosphere that elevated the guest experience, earning rave feedback from both the ownership team and visitors alike.  

Here are photos from our holiday lighting project at Ashburn Village HOA. We installed classic C9 bulbs along the entrance signs, added wreaths to each feature, and selectively wrapped trees and shrubs to create a cohesive, upscale holiday display. The result was a bold and welcoming presentation that elevated the look of the community’s entrances throughout the season.

Here are photos from our lighting installation at Lansdowne Resort’s ice skating rink. To elevate this unique seasonal feature, we designed and installed a canopy of overhead mini lights that cast a warm, elegant glow across the ice. The result was a truly magical, high-end experience—transforming the rink into a stunning focal point and creating an unforgettable atmosphere for skaters and guests alike. 

Here are photos from our holiday lighting project at River Creek HOA. We installed classic C9 bulbs along the rooflines of both the front and rear gates, wrapped multiple trees with a combination of mini lights and C9s, and accented the columns with garland to create a cohesive, upscale holiday look. As our largest installation of the season, this project made a bold and welcoming statement throughout the community.

Here are photos from our lighting project at Stone Ridge HOA. This was a comprehensive installation where we enhanced multiple focal points throughout the community, including the front entrance, clubhouse, amphitheater, and bridge. Using a layered approach with a variety of lighting techniques, we highlighted each feature while maintaining a cohesive and upscale look across the property.
The end result was a warm, inviting, and visually striking environment that elevated the overall character of the community—creating a memorable experience for residents and guests alike, and earning enthusiastic feedback from both the HOA and its residents.
